About us

Dhaka all of which includes residences of the Ambassador and the High Commissioner respectively. These are:

  1. Royal Thai Embassy Complex completed & handed on November, 2006.
  2. Canadian High Commission has been completed and handed over on 9th October, 2009.
  3. Indian High Commission Complex (Completed PHASE-I works during agreement period).
  4. British High Commission, a High-Profile Office Building for DFID, Bangladesh : 3-Storied Intelligent Building (Shapla Arch) has been completed and handed over on 07 September, 2013.
  5. Switzerland Embassy Dhaka at Bay’s Edgewater, Gulshan-2, Dhaka has been completed and handed over on 30 August, 2013.
  6. US Embassy Dhaka ID Renovation works has been completed and handover on 25 July, 2014.

7. Completed NORDIC Embassy Dhaka Interior Fit-out works at Bay’s Edgewater, Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

8. Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, Dhaka includes the Offices, the Residence of H.E. the Ambassador , and the Staff Housing at Baridhara Diplomatic Enclave, Dhaka.

In addition to these, ‘CHARUTA’ has the experience of high end construction and interior decoration works of:

Head Office, Standard Chartered Bank, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka and Head Office, Unilever and Siemens (Bangladesh) building in Gulshan-1, Dhaka. It also expanded its business into real estate, ‘Charuta Homes Ltd.’ and successfully completed a number of luxurious apartment buildings in Gulshan & Baridhara, Dhaka.
